High Power Switch Transformer Core
大功率逆变弧焊电源单端脉冲变压器,要求变压器铁芯具有低的高频损耗,高的饱和磁感Bs和低的剩余磁感Br以获得大的工作磁感△B;输出滤波及储能电感要求高饱和磁感,低损耗及恒导磁特性,因此对纳米晶合金采用横磁热处理工艺,可获得低剩磁及恒导磁特性的磁芯。
